Here we are, the summer is over and fall has begun. Well I still can enjoy the last bits of summer as I put together the last few weddings that we did in August. This weeks blog is about The wedding of Sandra and Roy Gotiangco we had on August 4th.
Looking through her proofs, brought back some really interesting moments we had that day. I arrived at her home only to notice that we were down the block from another bride that we had photographed exactly 13 months earlier. And the home was all a buzzing with all the girls getting ready. Her family was so gracious with us. Allowed us to use any room in the house and her dad was anxious to have us use his private hide away “Annie’s Place” an Irish pub he built in the house equipped with anything a Jets fan can ask for. All I could say to him was WOW. Sandra looked stunning in her gown from Park Avenue Bridals. Dona Massa and Kerri from Pink Comb salon had done her makeup & hair so perfectly. Roy was getting ready at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton and things was so calm there. The men just looked perfect in their tuxedos from Men's Warehouse. I never know what to expect with the men but these guys were so cool you couldn't even notice that is was in the 90's that day. But I always love seeing the traditional bow tie style tuxedo. I did feel this was a fairytale wedding.
As she pulled up to Our Lady of Visitation in Paramus in her white Royles Royce from Perfect Limo Service everyone was ready to go. The church was so elegantly decorated by Laurelwood designs who also decorated the reception room as well. It was such a pretty service.
The reception was held at The Rockleigh CC in Rockleigh NJ. This venue never disappoints. The Room was gorgeous with all the colors from the lights to the flowers on the table to their custom cake from The Cake Boss Carlo's Bakery. They really know how to set the mood. And the entertainment from The Grove shop of Silver Pro Entertainment kept the party going. You can tell everyone had a great night. The most memorable moment was the artist who was hired to paint an original oil canvas of the reception room during Sandra and Roy's first dance. To see this transformation from empty canvas to finished masterpiece was amazing. I hope you all enjoy the photos from this fabulous wedding event!!!!!!!
